Kriya for Massage the Lymphatic System

This kriya turns the body into its own pump. The lymph has no heart to drive it, so you become the drive, throwing the arms, jumping the spine, splashing the prana up and over the crown until the stagnant fluid moves and the channels run clean. the masters taught it as a teaching about strength itself: make the body very strong, really strong, and it can fight off anything. You channelize the energy of the ida and pingala and let the nadis carry what the body has been holding.

Poses 1-3

Pose 1

Pose 1

Sit in easy pose with the arms close to the sides, elbows bent so the forearms point straight up, palms facing each other. Push one arm strongly out and up at a sixty degree angle while the other stays bent, hard as steel, balancing the extended arm. Then push the bent arm out as the extended arm returns close in to the side. The push comes from the armpit, which stretches with the motion. This is vigorous, demanding work: you are channelizing the energy of ida and pingala.
